On behalf of Arcadia Vita GmbH, we are looking for a dedicated housekeeping employee (m/f/d) to ensure the best possible care and support for the patients of Arcadia Praxisklinik.

Arcadia follows a holistic approach and primarily cares for cancer patients according to the criteria of integrative medicine, which includes a fully healthy nutritional concept.

Your future area of responsibility as an employee in housekeeping
- You will cook, bake and prepare desserts according to the Arcadia concept.
- You will provide a lovingly prepared breakfast buffet and a variety of evening meals, including vegan dishes. You will also keep the coffee machine full and prepare fresh juices.
- The presentation of the food is just as important as the selection of dishes. The aesthetics of the buffet are important to you!
- You are responsible for hygiene and cleaning tasks in the bistro, which offers self-service.
- You will create a pleasant and supportive atmosphere for our patients.
- You can expect a great, collegial team that also likes to laugh with the patients.
Your profile
- Completed training in housekeeping or a similar qualification would be great! Career changers are also very welcome.
- An empathetic approach to patients is essential for this position.
- You are already living in Germany!
- Knowledge of English and German is an advantage, as our guests come from different parts of the world.
- It is important that you enjoy working with organic foods and support the variety of diets that can help cancer patients heal.
- A collaborative and collegial nature is crucial to create a positive working environment and your friendly and team-oriented nature will contribute to this.

What you can expect
- Part-time (20-30 hours).
- Your working hours are between 6:30 am and 3:00 pm. Or between 4:30 pm and 8:30 pm.
- Double shifts and part-time work are possible on request to ensure flexibility in your working day.
- As a rule, you will work either Saturdays or Sundays every 14 days.
- You will receive a 4-week induction period to prepare you optimally for your tasks.
- Overtime will be compensated in time off or money to ensure a good work-life balance
- You will receive a travel allowance according to the kilometers driven.
- We are happy to offer you the opportunity for further training at our catering company, Biorestaurant Weissenstein, to expand your skills and knowledge.
- The idyllic location in Bad Emstal near Kassel in northern Hesse offers a natural environment for relaxation and recovery.

- You'll be joining an existing, friendly and open-minded team.
- You will be trained, but you will also have the opportunity to set new, better standards!
With each week you will become more familiar with the system and your tasks.
